This morning, take in your final Santorini sunrise before we head to the island of Naxos via a very special mode of transportation; we'll be flying in style by helicopter! Get ready for awe-inspiring bird's-eye views of the Cyclades, a perspective that few travelers get to experience.

Naxos, the largest island in the Cyclades is steeped in history, mythology, and natural beauty. Said to be the birthplace of Zeus, the island is a perfect mix of charming villages, lush landscapes, and gorgeous beaches. Best of all, it's off the main tourist and cruise ship routes, offering a more peaceful, authentic Greek island experience. Get ready to explore Naxos, an island steeped in culture and history, and the only one in the Cyclades with suitable land to grow crops. It has been fought over for centuries and you will learn all about the island's rich yet tumultuous past.

On your tour around the island, stop by Demeter's Temple which was built 50 years before the Parthenon. You will also visit the small village of Chalki where you will get to sample some kitron, a traditional citron liqueur, at a centruy-old distillery. Afterwards, there will be some free time to shop and explore this quaint mountain village. You will also stop in Apeiranthos for a delicious lunch and then, onward to an old olive mill where you will see the traditional process of making olive oil. There is a fabulous shop attached to the mill that sells products made from local olive oil and goat's milk.

Today we will hop in a speedboat toward the whitewashed village of Naousa on the island of Paros. Naousa is full of narrow, cobbled streets with boutiques, cafes, and bistros, great for some retail therapy. If you are not a shopper, just walking through the maze of cute little streets is a great way to spend the day and there is a photo op around every corner! Later in the day, head back to Naxos in time for a breathtaking sunset as you glide across the crystal blue waters of the South Aegean Sea.
