We had a great time. Wonderful people and delicious food. Accommodation had some issues. There were a lot of loud noises coming through the ceiling all night. My cabin was below the reception area and the walkway on the side of the ship. I smelt exhaust fumes coming through the vents all night as well, which made breathing difficult. They didn’t do anything about it the first night. But the hotel manager was able to switch my cabin the next day. All in all it was a good trip. Thank you.

Visiting Athens and cruising around the Greek islands was a dream trip for me. The pre-trip information and organization was exceptional. I had a single cabin on the boat and it was spacious, clean and comfortable. Not having to pack and unpack bags for 8 days and navigate my own way from island to island made this trip exceptional. Waking up each morning at a new beautiful beach stop was magical. The crew was fantastic in every way, honestly unmatched. I felt cared for and pampered the entire trip. The meals were incredible. The freedom to go into port and explore where I wanted to and in my own time was also perfect for my speed! There were no "have to's, only "get to's" on this trip. I met some incredible woman, who I now call friends, who share the same love of travel and adventure. The only reason I did not give a 5 star rating; the small cruise boat we were on, although lovely in many ways, was a bit loud and the diesel smell could be overwhelming at times. It was super helpful that the weather was perfect the entire trip so I was outside above deck getting fresh air most of the time. Despite that, I would highly recommend. Thank you Globe Drifters for helping me make my dream come true :)

This was my 4th trip with GD and this will not be my last! I can’t imagine a more exquisite way to explore the Greek islands in all their beauty, seeing islands no one has ever heard of. We had glorious swims to magnificent beaches each morning (sometimes we were the only ones there!), and then self determined time on each island to explore and catch a beautiful sunset and dinner. I cannot say enough good things about the care and attention we received from the staff on the ship—they were kind, funny, and fun! And the food was amazing! Something for everyone, and I’m a picky eater. I just feel so blessed to have discovered GD—I have made life-long friends—priceless. Can’t wait for the next adventure!
